Our Story
I am Dean Chandler. Here is a little about me.
After graduating high school I joined the US Air Force and then pursued a degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science. While in college and working as a night auditor, I pursued a career in Hotel Management. I love Hotel Management but that required me to move from state to state. Once I came to Florida to be a Regional Manager and was asked to move from Florida where I decided to made a career move to Real Estate. Real Estate was very exciting and prosperous until 2008. That is when I decided to change my career to CAM (Community Association Management) . Just like Hotel Managemert, I dealt with vendors like landscapers, plumbers, electricians , pool vendors , etc… which brings all my education, experience which I love to being a Home Watch , Concierge and “lite”Handyman“. I want to help others enjoy their time way from their Florida home and enjoying their Florida home.
