A little bit about me...
I am a true Patriot and a Christ Follower... I have been a Bradenton resident for over 17 years. Originally from upstate South Carolina, I served in the United States Air Force for five years. I attended college, earning degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science. Post college, I worked in Property Management, Hotel Management, Real Estate Sales and Real Estate Investing for over 30 years in both the public and private sectors.
With a lifelong background in property management, I bring an unmatched expertise to Home Watch Services, ensuring every detail of your property is care for in the manner which you expect. My experience spans design, development and day to day operations, allowing me to spot potential before they become costly problems. Whether you are a seasonal resident, frequent traveler, senior citizen or busy professional, you can count on my watchful eye and proactive care to keep your home safe , secure and in excellent condition.
I have spent my entire career in Management, building a deep understanding of every aspect of maintaining and enhancing residential properties... From overseeing large-scale project management operations, opening hotels from the ground up, remodeling hundreds of homes and coordinating maintenance with trusted vendors.
I bring hands-on expertise to every aspect of my Home Watch Business. My background includes managing landscaping, pool care and complex maintenance projects as well as contributing to the design and development of new spaces. This diverse experience allows me to anticipate client needs and deliver high-quality reliable solutions to you with a personal touch.
I am married to Trish Chandler, who has been a real estate professional for over 25 years. We have have five grown children who live in the Tennessee and Carolina area. On my time off we enjoy relaxing at home by the Pool with our Yorkie, Samson or sometimes we enjoy a full day at one of our many area Gulf Coast beaches. Together, my wife and I enjoy gardening, travel and serving in our local church. We love to have fun and serve others...
